Anna schedules appointments conversationally, meaning she checks your calendar for availability, collects the callers contact information, including full name, phone number, email address, physical address and caller needs. Than, she schedules the appointment and delivers a confirmation email within 5 minutes or less. She also sends you a text notification with all the appointment details.
Scheduling appointments conversationally, rather than sending the caller a calendar link is proven to result in much higher appointment conversion rates because the caller doesn't get distracted by life while completing a form on their own time.
Question 2: How does Anna know my teams availability when scheduling an appointment?
We synchronize with a Google Calendar (and some others) that integrate with a wide variety of CRM's and other platforms for appointment booking, scheduling and dispatching.
Question 3: Are their any hidden costs ?
The only additional costs possibly incurred are the AI usage costs if you exceed your monthly usage allowance.
